About

The Boulevard Lane neighborhood is located in the Puget Sound area of Washington between Renton and Kent. Tucked into the wetlands forest area known as Fairwood, Boulevard Lane boasts a quiet suburban environment, while being minutes away from shopping centers, restaurants, a renowned medical center, and access to state highways. Our elementary and middle schools are within walking distance, as well as our neighborhood park and four miles of wetlands trail known as Soos Creek.

Our neighborhood is comprised of over 427 homes, most of which are split-level, mid-entry, with 3-4 bedrooms and 2-3 baths. Built in the 1960s-1970s, many of the homes have been remodeled to reflect today’s styles. Large, tree-lined yards and sidewalks on every street make this a safe and inviting place to live.

The Boulevard Lane Community Association (BLCA) is a community association supported by voluntary annual dues and the time and energy of volunteers. The Board is comprised of a President, Membership Director, Director of Communications, Event Director, Secretary, and Treasurer. If you are interested in helping in your neighborhood, the BLCA is always looking for volunteers to fill open positions, Crier development, help with events. Email the Board at info@boulevardlane.org to learn more.

Many neighborhood social events and projects are held throughout the year, such as an annual egg hunt (a great way to meet your neighbors!), subsidized bark deliveries, dumpster days, annual garage sale weekend (the first weekend of June every year), a National Night Out safety fair and BBQ, and more. Bi-annual association membership meetings are held the last week of March and the last week of October every year.
